We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the site and its content. You may print one copy and download extracts for personal/internal organisational use. You must not modify materials nor use media separately from accompanying text. Our status must always be acknowledged. No commercial use without a licence.
No text/data mining or scraping
You must not conduct or permit text/data mining or web scraping (including for AI model training). You must not deploy robots, spiders, scrapers or similar tools to access, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the site except where such restriction is unenforceable by law.
Linking
You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully without damaging our reputation. No suggestion of association or endorsement where none exists. No framing. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.
Trade marks
“Tech Guarding” and our shield logo are trade marks / trading names of Tech Guarding Ltd. You may not use them without written approval.
Uploading content
Content you upload (e.g. identity documents, right‑to‑work evidence, qualifications, messages) must be lawful, accurate and non‑infringing. You warrant compliance; you are liable for losses arising from breach. We may remove non‑compliant content.
Licence you grant us
When uploading, you grant a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, store, reproduce and display content to operate and improve the site & services (onboarding, compliance, record‑keeping). Licence ends when content is deleted except where retention is legally required or needed for legal claims.
User‑generated content disclaimer
User‑uploaded information is not verified or approved by us; views expressed do not represent ours.
Reliance on information
Site content is general information only and not advice. Obtain professional guidance before acting or refraining based on content. We use reasonable efforts to update information but give no assurances as to accuracy, completeness or currency.

Links to other sites are for information only; we have no control over their content.
Viruses / security
We do not guarantee the site is secure or free from bugs/viruses. Configure your IT appropriately and use your own protection. You must not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, or launch denial‑of‑service attacks.
Liability – business users
We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply. We are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or indirect/consequential loss.
Liability – consumers
Site provided for domestic/private use only; no liability for commercial losses. If defective digital content we supply damages your device or digital content due to our failure to use reasonable care and skill we will repair the damage or compensate you.
Liability – non‑excludable
We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful to do so (including death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Your personal information is used as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law & jurisdiction
If you are a consumer: English law governs; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (residents of Northern Ireland may also litigate there; Scotland residents may litigate in Scotland). If you are a business: English law governs and courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & auto‑renewals (if applicable)
If subscription services are offered, we will supply clear pre‑contract information, timely renewal reminders, and an easy online cancellation flow. Statutory cooling‑off rights will be honoured.
Pre‑contract information & consumer cancellations
If we sell goods/services to consumers online, Terms of Sale will outline required pre‑contract information (pricing, total costs, delivery/performance timelines, 14‑day cancellation right where applicable, and a model cancellation form). If we do not sell to consumers via the site this will be stated.
Fairness & transparency
Consumer terms use plain English and avoid unfair terms. Material changes are notified with reasonable notice; any reduction of consumer rights is highlighted. Important limitations are presented clearly and prominently.

Report infringing/unlawful content to legal@techguarding.com with: (a) contact details; (b) identification/location of content; (c) nature of rights and why infringed; (d) supporting evidence. Credible notices are reviewed promptly; we may restrict or remove content.
Electronic communications & signatures
You agree contracts, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically satisfy legal writing requirements. Where permitted we accept electronic signatures and confirmations.
Contact, complaints & ADR (consumers)
Complaints: info@techguarding.com. If unresolved we will signpost an approved UK Alternative Dispute Resolution provider and indicate whether we agree to use ADR. This does not restrict court proceedings in England & Wales.
